Dr. Rowe is a native of Miami, Florida where she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Psychobiology at the University of Miami. She obtained her Doctorate of Medicine (MD) at Temple University School of Medicine. She then completed her residency in Family Medicine at Baylor College of Medicine and she obtained her Masters of Business Administration from Bauer College of Business through a Business of Medicine Fellowship at Kelsey-Seybold Clinic.   

Dr. Rowe is a serial entrepreneur. She is the Founder  of the Rowe Network a MultiSpecialty Telemedicine Network and she is also the founder of several physician organizations including the Boss Doctors, The Fit Doctors and the Bossy Investors. Dr Rowe currently serves on the TSU Business Advisory Council, the MD Anderson Physician Advisory Council and
